Rio Grande - I've been a marijuana user for 50 years since my stomach had problems with the legal drug that has ruined millions of lives called alcohol. Even I agree that we can't have people walking around on the boardwalk or beaches smoking weed. It is wrong. Do it in the privacy of your own home and all will be well. The problem will be those young people over 21 but not fully matured yet even though they think they are.
