Is it just me or does anyone else have a tough time getting thro

Rio Grande - Is it just me or does anyone else have a tough time getting through to the post office in the morning? I've called several times in the early morning when I thought carriers were there, however the phone just keeps ringing. Good thing I can call another office at the same time and get my questions answered.
