I'm trying to find out how many plaintiffs in foreclosures recei

Rio Grande - I'm trying to find out how many plaintiffs in foreclosures received bills from a fire company for fees and fines due after Mar. 29, 2012 when the courts ruled that fines and fees do not follow a building through foreclosure. Fire companies kept billing after the court date, assuming no one knew about the court ruling. Did most just pay to get their fire certificate, or fight it as I did?
