If someone is going to the Methadone Clinic, and they get arrest

Rio Grande - If someone is going to the Methadone Clinic, and they get arrested for selling drugs or being somewhere involving drugs, why are they allowed to continue to go to the clinic? Why aren't they cut off? It's a terrible cycle. This is poisoning our society.
