Rio Grande - If I am a legal grower/dispenser of marijuana and conform to New Jersey law, wouldn't the New Jersey State Police, who have sworn to uphold New Jersey law, have to come to my defense if the FBI raided my place of business? Would the state police have to treat this as an armed invasion? How would this work?
