Rio Grande - I went shopping for a Mother's Day gift at a jewelry store May 6. I went in and was quoted $71 for a necklace pendant. I said I would be back. Then I went looking around at other stores but found nothing I liked. I went back to that store and the same person said, "Now it will be $100." I thought he was joking, since not even an hour had passed. He was arrogant and serious, stating $100 or no sale!
