Rio Grande - I was sitting at the Burleigh light Nov. 19, making a left to go toward Rio Grande, when a girl ran a full blown red light, doing at least 40-50 mph. A few minutes later, she was stopped at the Walmart light. The light turned green and she sat there while traffic in front of her proceeded. I pulled up next to her, as I was making a right, and she was texting on her phone. She could've killed me that night. Luckily, I trust no one when the light changes and saved myself, but maybe there should be cameras at the lights, so they can catch these people.
