Rio Grande - I was behind a Middle Township school employee at a store. After he was rung up, I heard the cashier say that the school account was frozen because they did not pay the bill again. Please explain to me how the school district can't pay their bills on time when they always take my tax dollars on time? This obviously happens quite frequently since he had to state they did not pay the bill again! I feel embarrassed for the employee while all these customers are in line behind him.
