Rio Grande - I think the Democrates should be charged with,"Elder Abuse", for forcing Joe Biden to run for President of the United States.His dementia is clear, he doesn't know what state he's in or what year for that matter. It's appalling to see how Nancy Polois is trying to keep Joe out of the debates ,she even changed dates so some states will have already voted before the first debate. Those who vote for Biden must have dementia as well.
