Rio Grande - I recommend that Rio Grande withdraw from Middle Twp. and become its own municipality. Residents get no representation with the current form of local government. We understand that our local government is being studied so all areas have a local representative. Many hope that we have the opportunity to vote for the mayor, and a local person for each area of the 72-square-mile community.
