Rio Grande - I recently read that Tim Donohue suggested Twp. Committee be increased from three to five members. There are 18 voting districts in Middle Twp. If you divide 18 districts by six giving every three districts to elect a councilperson. Rio Grande has three voting districts, if changed, Rio Grande would have a councilperson to represent them. Currently, all three members live in Court House. I suggest six council members and the mayor running at large. Currently we are paying each committee member $17,500. Pay council each $5,000, mayor $15,000, then all areas would be represented!
