Rio Grande - I recently read that the Middle Twp. Police are responding to the homeless and drug addict problem in Rio Grande by telling merchants they can't do anything due to the governor's "no bail" reform. This may be true and if so, I suggest rounding up the aforementioned and bussing them to Trenton. Let the governor deal with the consequences of his actions. Our police should not be hamstrung and our residents deserve action.
