It’s provided through the “generosity of the Cape May County Freeholders.” Did they pay for it out of their own pockets or did taxpayers? How much does this operation cost? It’s funny that we can provide free healthcare and bend over backwards for junkies, but I’m swamped with thousands of dollars in hospital bills for my heart.
