I live in Wildwood year round but I prefer to shop in Rio Grande

Rio Grande - I live in Wildwood year round but I prefer to shop in Rio Grande. The foreign students working at these establishments do not sufficiently understand English. When I ask a question, I get a blank stare, a silent finger point and "I don't understand." Invariably, a second and third foreign student will try to help, but they don't understand either. You can work these kids like dogs but you're sacrificing customer service and frustrating your customers to the point where they won't shop in your stores anymore.
