Rio Grande - I live in rio grande and went to a store on 47 . From the rear parking lot to the front door three men asked me for money. All appeared to be healthy and fit. They were even begging from the Spanish landscapers starting their day of working in 90 degree heat. Im fairly certain had i given each a dollar it would have gone directly to the liquor store or local heroin dealer . To all those who think we should build a shelter or otherwise "help" these people how about picking up these three and letting them build a cardboard shack in your yard.
