Rio Grande - I know it's the law for vehicles to stop for pedestrians crossing a street or parking lot, but why don't pedestrians walk straight across? So many of them walk diagonally, making the vehicles wait twice as long. If you want to cross over, then go straight across, and they just stroll across like they own the street. Does this bother anyone else?
