Rio Grande - I keep hearing about the opioid epidemic. People are turning to heroin because they get addicted to prescription medication. This hurts the people who really need to take pain medication for chronic illnesses. Not everyone abuses their medication. Some people use them responsibly, but doctors are afraid to prescribe them. It's not fair.
