Rio Grande - I have worked at a department store for 30 years. I have read about other employees who are having the same problems in other stores as well, regarding favoritism, unfair treatment, such as being overworked for less pay, and also uncaring, unreasonable supervisors and managers, and of course hiring illegals with fake documentation. Also, the managers and supervisors don't care when someone is ill or has a death in their family and they sometimes will fire people just for taking off.
