Rio Grande - I have taken notice that nearly every driver stopped in the right turn lane at the intersection of Route 47 and Route 9 in Rio Grande behaves as though it's a drag race to get ahead of the car in the main lane of traffic when the light turns green. Is this a new driving regulation or just rude ignorance?
