How is the Rio Grande Fire Company affording all of these vehicl

Rio Grande - How is the Rio Grande Fire Company affording all of these vehicles for their members to drive around in? And my question is, why do they need so many? How are these vehicles helping in a fire? Don’t you have fire trucks at the firehouse that carry the equipment needed to do the job? I hope these personal vehicles are not coming from our tax payers? I guess they will not need any monetary donations this year, seems they have plenty of funds.
