Has the prosecutor’s boat been used?

Rio Grande - Has the prosecutor’s boat been used? It cost $320,000, with $264,000 coming from a government grant which, somehow, is not considered taxpayer money. I don’t remember reading anything about it used in any law enforcement or rescue operations.
