Rio Grande - Freeholders, are you really spending $4.5 million for a library in Stone Harbor with our tax dollars? There are 800 year-round residents in Stone Harbor who are too lazy to drive to the Court House library. How about our brothers and sisters who are homeless; maybe spend our money for a homeless shelter at Crest Haven. The homeless need caring political leaders. They are in need of our help now!
