Rio Grande - Due to the fact that our mailbox and its post have recently become damaged, we simply placed the mailbox with the opening facing up on the ground temporarily until our association could have it repaired. This way, all the mail person had to do was lift the lid and deposit our mail. How is it that we are no longer getting mail? We went to the post office personally to complain and get an explanation, and were told they will put in a "work order." We need a work order to get our mail? And, they wonder why the postal service gets a bad rap.
