Rio Grande - Dollar General? On Rt. 47 across from Secluded Lane? Six waivers requested for building outside of code? Why build in a residential area when there are so many vacant commercial locations available? With two stores within a six-minute drive of each other, what is the need for another store? Why was this even considered? Major traffic area, semi trucks and kids being dropped off, is this a good mix?
