Rio Grande - A daily paper reports that 5,000 migrant children have been placed in Jersey, with adult sponsors, mostly in northern counties. Federal rules say that if a kid lives in a district and is immunized, he can be registered, with the ACLU suing some districts that required parents to show a drivers' license. Of course, there will be some disagreeing
with this, but shouldn't kids in our community be in school, and not roaming our streets?
