Rio Grande - Clean up Rio Grande and Villas by closing down Social Services and freeloaders will move away. We make it too easy for people to be lazy. We could also make them do volunteer or community work to earn their keep, like some other states, before they get handouts. I did read people having to do this lost food stamps by refusing to work to earn their freebies.
