Rio Grande - To the activist who goes to the middle meetings and advocates for the homeless in Rio Grande: a local store now needs a uniformed security guard in the Rio store. I guess all those construction & office workers, school teachers, plumbers and electrians going to work in the morning are bothering the drug addicts, vandals and men sleeping in the trash bins.
