While waiting at Cape May County social services, I heard three numbers called that were after mine. People are usually called in number order. Is there some sort of discriminatory practice where males or people of different races are forced to wait longer than they should have to in order to let more preferred persons go quicker? It almost always happens like this. Who's to blame?
