What's everyone views on children with IEPs who have a history of violent tendencies towards classmates and teachers that are both verbal and physical being allowed to stay in their current school district and not removed after multiple reports? Annoying and frustrating isn't it? But its happening everyday in all school settings .If this sounds like your child and your offended by this question imagine how the other parents feel being left in the dark and knowing that their child's abuser is protected by strict guidelines put in place by the parent and Drs.Laws need to change for all involved
