As we watch these TV press conferences we hear "I am a war time president". He speaks to topics unrelated to the virus (gave up billions to be president). He takes questions and goes into a long diatribe. The longer he talks the fewer questions he must answer. When unable to answer a question, that he should, he will invite others to do so. He gives vanilla timelines for medical equipment. Then he speaks of the return to work when he has no control of the crisis. Surely he wants his rallies. Exactly how long will it take to impose the 25th amendment?
