Rio Grande was a safe, clean, and caring community. There are so many scary undesirables /unknowns walking our neighborhood. Our police do the best they can to address these issues. Our property values will drop unless it changes. Its time elect a taxpayer from the southern area. When we had a mayor from Rio Grande years ago it was different.
