To the Sea Isle complainer about loosing a quarter to a homeless man because of a shopping cart. Rio Grande in my opinion has many US born homeless people that are trying to survive. They're not all druggies and killers. I don't carry coins so when I see someone offering me a cart I gladly give a dollar. Don't worry... the police are constantly harassing these unfortunate people. It's a shame that a quarter means so much to you and yet you live in Sea Isle. I'm grateful for all I have and a few $$ will NOT break my budget. "There for the grace of GOD goes you."
