To Rio Grande re 2/5. Catholic Charities in Rio Grande are never open. Occasionally an employee will be in that locked office to explain they don't have money. PRAC is doing an excellent job with helping people. Please stop by and see what really happens in that office before you defend an entity that you have no knowledge of how it operates. Try talking to the homeless, hungry and freezing American born citizens and see how much help they are receiving from Catholic Charities. Try being part of the solution rather than defending the problem. They are funded by OUR TAXES!
