Your Spout Off submission form states, "Submissions regarding specific businesses will generally not be published. Please share your local business experience, and benefit from the experiences of others, by using Ratings and Reviews in the Herald Marketplace." The hyperlink to Herald Marketplace leads only to a 404 page. As a matter of fact, the hyperlink to comments standards is also broken.
