I believe they should legalize EVERY drug and you can party till your head explodes! If I were Governor I would shut down and cease ALL Narcan use. Why should taxpayers keep you alive? We spend millions and millions on hospital visits for you and EMT runs and should be reserved for people who (Really need it)! If you want to use drugs, so be it .
