The panhandling is getting out of hand in rio grande. There is a man every morning outside of a certain business, and begging for money or help. Im sure he is getting his room for free down the street at a hotel and his food for free. Maybe he should be helping me since i have to work to buy my food and pay rent. I know MTPD has their hands full,but this must stop.
