Middle Township paid $110,000 to the county animal shelter for one year's worth of services? What exactly was that for? How many animals were taken there? As a full-time resident and taxpayer, I'd like to see a detailed report. An article detailing the county animal shelter billing practices in this paper would be greatly appreciated. Bravo to two of our committeemen for questioning that expense.
