A landlord on Poplar Ave. in Wildwood, who owns properties that need work, and that the police have been to many times, just purchased a home in his wife's maiden name in Rio Grande. Why would he buy another property, that also needs work, when he just got done saying lack of money was one reason he was having problems fixing his properties in Wildwood? That is two properties he now has here in Rio Grande, that also need work. Whom does this man think he is fooling?
