I live in Legacy at Cape May behind the Rio Grande post office. Today ( Friday June 24) our mail came at 6:11pm. It is ridiculous that we have to wait this long, especially due to our location in relation to the post office. The average time of delivery has been 3pm until the last few months. What has to be done to change this?
