I just read that Mike Clark has refused to accept an invitation from the League of Women voters to debate his opponents in Middle Township. That's a slap in the face to the voters. He wants to be rehired by the voters of Middle Township but doesn't want to be bothered to show up for the job interview. Could it be because he has no record to run on (other than taking credit for the hard work of Lockwood and Donohue) and that he has no coherent plan for the future of our town? There is more to being mayor than getting your picture taken with Jeff Van Drew all over Cape May County.
