I attempted to go shopping in Rio Grande July 10. As it had rained earlier in the day, everyone must have hit the stores for some shopping. I have nothing against this, but I could not believe the way that the store was left by shoppers. There were piles of clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. thrown all over the floors. Not to mention coffee cups, red bull cans and dirty diapers throughout. I understand that people couldn't hit the beach, but why do they have to leave such a mess?
