I agree with the spouter from Cape May about the dogs!! I am an animal lover, but things are getting out of control. Do I enjoy sitting on the mall eating while watching a dog do its business? Come on now let's get real! Putting dogs in shopping carts where I put my food is totally unacceptable. The stores are afraid to say anything and unfortunately, carts are normally not wiped down (like during the pandemic). Perhaps the Board of Health should be involved in this unsanitary condition, but then again, would they do anything?
