Rio Grande

How is it that I and one other car got kicked out of the far end of a Rio Grande convenience store for sitting there too long, but homeless people and drug addicts are allowed to stand outside and lean against the trash cans asking for money, cigarettes, a ride, and/or food? Families shouldn't have to feel frightened when walking into a convenience store, as someone is harassing you for a few cents or a ride somewhere. I think instead of taking the time to confront us, who were doing no harm, they should confront these people who could potentially do harm to others!
