Don’t build a playground on the small lot at Route 9 and 47 in Rio Grande. MT should try to encourage a restaurant to go into the bank next door which has closed. Combine the lot with the bank’s and there’s plenty of parking. The bank already has a drive-through so that helps a restaurant. It will also draw people to that center’s businesses like the proposed bowling alley, movie theater etc. Put a tax-paying business there.
