A couple weeks ago a spouter mentioned it was time for Upper Twp. to grow up and have their own police force instead of using State Police. I agree, the township has tripled in size and should be able to pay for a police force. I have to travel into Upper a couple times a week and see numerous traffic violations, including high speeders. Where are our state-elected officials like Sen. Van Drew? Why isn't he doing his job in looking out for all in Cape May County? I also have seen firsthand the openness of drug dealers in the township.
