Can anyone tell me why there are numerous "Merit, Equity and cost of living " raises for so many County employees but NONE for any of Social Service/Human Service employees? We were told that there are no more merit raises ever? What is " cost of living" raise? Don't we all need/deserve a cost of living adjustment/raise?? I mean EVERYTHING has gone up in cost. Oh I guess this is where the "Covid money" went? We deserve and explanation!
