Another school year is about to start. Teachers always hear that they are appreciated, but talk is cheap. What teachers want is support. Administrators need to have their teacher’s backs. We want administrators to take our word over students and parents. Students gloat about how they get administrators to believe their lies. It’s no wonder no one wants to teach.
