Regarding visiting Mexico. It’s a huge country and yes some areas are unsafe just like the good ole USA. I go to the Cancun “ hotel zone “ every year and never had experienced any problems. We go “ off campus “ every night for dinner and take a ferry to Isla Mujures for a day trip. People who wail about getting kidnapped or shot obviously are not travelers and speak from a lack of knowledge. The Cancun area is no more unsafe than Wildwood! Much gusto!
