Regarding CMT and CMCSSSD consolidating. Special Services does not have one empty classroom. The classrooms are full of students and enrollment is high. With that being said, even if enrollment was low, the special services school could never move to Tech. The school is equipped with the facilities, staff, and supports necessary for students with disabilities to succeed across academic, social-emotional, and functional domains. These include therapy pools, accessible playgrounds designed for students with physical disabilities, wheelchair accessible bathrooms and much more.
