Really think the school should plan something for the 250th. Granted the nation is divided and the idea of American values varies from one person to the next, but it’s not to say our founding up until today isn’t a valuable civics lesson worth leveraging and making memorable. I just haven’t heard of anything local or even a more expansive trip to Independence Hall or the State House. Unfortunately, I cannot attend school board meetings, they are held too early for me.
